Seattle Maritime Day Breakfast

Nominations are now open for the Annual Maritime Awards!

The Puget Sound Maritime Achievement Award recognizes someone who has made a significant impact on the Seattle and Puget Sound maritime community. Industry segments represented by past recipients include steamship lines and agents, shipyards, tug and barge operators, marine architects, passenger and fishing vessel operators, port authorities, stevedores, maritime nonprofits, and organized labor.

In addition to this award, the Seattle Propeller Club also recognizes a local public official whose outstanding work or service has made a significant contribution to maritime commerce in the Pacific Northwest.

Nominations for both awards should include the candidate’s achievements, notable impact they’ve had on the maritime industry and a brief summary of their qualifications for being considered.

Nominations must be received by April 15th and must be sent via email to admin@SeattlePropellerClub.org or by mail to Seattle Propeller Club, 100 W Harrison Street, Suite S560, Seattle, WA 98119.
